THE BEST & most thorough plumber I've used. Trust me it takes a lot for me to leave a review. Having tried most of the big names, morris-jenkins, Mr. Rooter and others. And after a year of the same problem, Mr. Holloway came out. And within 30 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem that 9 other plumbing services and thousands of dollars spent misdiagnosed & could not find or fix. Another company F'd up my yard & to fix what wasnt even broken as the issue was in a totally different location.

Greg was very responsive to the need of our plumbing issues I have had 3 Plummer’s to come out and he was the only one to go on top of the house to try to solve the problem that way and talked me thru everything. I feel pretty confident my problem has been resolved! I appreciate his kindness and he shows he care about the plumbing issues and resolving the issues for his customers!

Drain cleaning

Greg was absolutely fantastic. We had the problem "fixed" by another plumber and our sewer system did the same thing a week later. Greg came out when he was scheduled and worked on our lines until well after dark to get us up and running that night. he had to schedule a follow up appt to dig up the line and repair the broken pipe. during that appointment he was on time, fixed the problem, recovered the hole in the driveway, and cleaned up all of our yard from the equipment. he stayed in constant contact with us in the time between the first and second appointment to be sure that we were still able to use the plumbing until the next service date. I could tell that he is very busy but he took time to answer any questions that we had, always made sure that we understood what was going on as well as the pricing, which was well beyond fair, and that he was meeting our expectations. he is now our plumber for our home, office, and anyone that ask for recommendations.

Sewer repair

I had multiple plumbers come out to assess a backup issue in bathroom, and each had a different theory, gameplan and quote. I held off on moving forward with them because multiple theories had me feeling unsure on next best move. Fortunately, Greg was confident and explained this is his specialty and why. I appreciated that he owns his own excavator, was a one man show, kept the dig out neat and contained, and finished in one day (rerouting main line, installing clean out). I am impressed!! I would recommend him and use his services again.

Gregory was a lifesaver. He was sent by our water and sewer drain insurance plan to fill the ugly hole that was created when we had a busted sewer drain. The original company they sent out quoted a ridiculous amount of money for a fairly small job (their quote for this small area was the same as what we paid to have our whole driveway poured. Their quote was denied by our plan. Gregory came out and immediately discussed how he would make it right and provided a fair quote. The job he did was amazing and professionally done. Would highly recommend him!

Greg was responsive and did excellent work in a major repair for our sewer line which included removing a large manhole from the property. He communicated well with the home warranty company to ensure that the problem was resolved. He is an extremely hard worker, putting in many hours on our job, and also a nice guy. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Greg at Holloway's Plumbing and we would highly recommend him for any job... large or small!

Greg is professional and communicates extremely well. We have a crazy household with lots of kids (and dogs) and Greg was flexible but always in contact with us before the appointment. We were given options, explained all the different things to consider, and then again asked if we wanted him to stay late to work on it (we had an appt very late in the day) or have him come back at better time. Will def call him again with any indoor or outdoor plumbing issue!

I had a major leak to my water line. I was fortunate to have HomeServe Insurance. I was even more fortunate that HomeServe contacted Holloway Plumbing to resolve my issue. Gregory Holloway (owner) came out, dug up, found and repaired my leak. I witnessed how hard Gregory worked physically and was completely blown away at his skill and perfection in his work. Gregory is a true professional and I couldn't be more happy to have had the privileged of meeting him, having him perform his high quality of work and most importantly to be able to call him "FRIEND"!!! You Rock Gregory!!!
